European VAT

Common Saints store is registered for IOSS. This means that orders up to the value of €150 will have the VAT collected at the point of sale and should not be stopped by customs on it's way to you.

If your order is below €150 Euros and you are asked to pay fees then please show them your order confirmation as proof the VAT is paid.

If your order is over €150 then no VAT will be collected at the checkout and you will be asked to pay the VAT before the order is delivered by your local customs/delivery office. 

You may find it easier to make multiple orders below €150 Euros for your convenience.

Statutory Rights:

Customers in the E.U. have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date of the item is delivered.

If you want to cancel your purchase within the seven-day cooling off period please email info@neonstreet.co.uk 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless you have received them in error or if the item has been damaged

Shipping:

All orders are shipping from the UK unless otherwise discussed and we aim to ship the same day Monday to Friday if the order is placed before 13:00GMT (14:00CET).

We use Royal Mail as our selected courier for all orders placed through the store.  

UK orders usually arrive within 2 working days but can take up to 10 days from order confirmation around busy periods such as Christmas. 

UK orders are sent Tracked 48, allowing full tracking for any order.

EU / International orders are also sent tracked and usually arrive within 10 working days but can take up to 20 working days from order confirmation.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

JUNE 2025: As it stands our shipping partners are not able to deliver to Israel or Iran due to international post to these destinations being suspended. If you place an order to these destinations your order will be refunded. This is until further notice. We are very sorry.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
